The Senior Adult Ministry (SAM) welcomes members who are 55+. This vibrant group provides ongoing opportunities for spiritual growth as well as engaging activities for sharing the gospel through word and deed. The Ministry conducts a weekly Bible study, and a variety of learning activities related to current events.  A major outreach activity this ministry is with the Althea Woodland Nursing and Rehabilitation Home where members conduct Bible study, coordinate social activities, sponsor an annual Angel Tree project and visit with residents of the Home.  SAM also follows-up with hospitalized, shut-in and bereaved seniors.  The members of this ministry take time to enjoy fellowship with one another through luncheons, birthday celebrations and trips.
